Australia wide shipping

We process and post orders daily from Perth using Australia Post EXPRESS  so that they arrive to you as soon as possible- usually with 3 business days . Country areas can be a little longer 

We check and steam each item, and wrap with love and care ..We usually get the items out within 24 hours. If there is any issue we will always email you 

An email with the order tracking will be sent to your nominated email address once the order is dispatched 

We charge a flat $15 for Australia wide shipping for orders under $250 . Orders over $250 are free 

** if you do want to use standard shipping , not express  -please contact us. The flat shipping cost is $10 - but from Perth it can take 7-10 days.

We have found that most ladies are happy to pay the extra $5 for their item to arrive much quicker 

Signature required?

For larger orders of 3 plus items, we will add a SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY -just to ensure parcels don't go missing .It's heartbreaking when this happens -which is not often , but still something that does occur

 If you prefer not to have a signature on delivery set up -please make a note on your order that its SAFE TO LEAVE

We understand that many woman work full time, and it can be tricky having to collect from a postoffice .

 

free shipping promotions 

From to time we offer free express shipping -this is based on a minimum order of $50 -and is generally only applicable to Australians 

if you are trying to use a store credit -it many not go through -so please contact us . We are here to help 

 

International Shipping 

Please note that depending on delivery location customs fees and charges may be payable. This is a responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Frockk. 

The shipping costs depend on the country -this will come up when you put the order and shipping address in . There is a free shipping option there as well when your order is over a certain $ amount 

As is it an expensive process to return items -please ask us before you buy if you are unsure of which size to buy. Always happy to measure garments . Please be aware we work in cm-and our sizing can be different than other countries
